Magnetic properties of CdxLa1-xMnSi compounds
Description
Experimental study of temperature and field dependence of GdxLa1-xMnSi compound magnetization (x changes from O to 1.0 with Δx=0.1 interval) within the temperature range of 4.2-180K in pulse magnetic fields up to 15T and within temperature interval 77-600K in constant magnetic fields up to 1.4T is carried out. Concentration dependences of Curie Tc and Neel TN temperatures, Curie Θρ paramagnetic temperature and effective magnetic moment μeff of these compounds are determined. Explanation of magnetic properties of GdxLa1-xMnSi compounds is carried out on the bases of the model according to which Gd magnetic moments are magnetized by exchange fields of antiferromagnetically regulated Mn ions. Magnetic phase diagram of these compounds is obtained
