Intrinsic ZnSe(111) surface states signatures monitored in low energy electron reflectivity spectra

Description
The electron reflectivity spectra of ZnSe(111) monitored by Total Current Spectroscopy (TCS) are presented. Most of the structures in the obtained spectra are found to be connected with surface states. 10 refs., 1 fig. (author)
