Nonlinear response of photo-refractive lithium tantalate and niobate at sound frequencies
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. im. M.V. Lomonosova, Moscow (Russian Federation)
Description
Increase feed-up intensity oscillations on frequencies from 100 Hz up to 1 khz by photo-induced light scattering and parametric scattering of a holographic type in photo-refractive tantalate and lithium niobate is experimentally identified. Possible ways for explanation of availability of photo-refractive response of these crystals on the 10-2 - 10-3 s times, which are by five times less than the Maxwell time, are analyzed
