Description
The problem of suppression of the drift-conical instability of plasma in adiabatic traps by electron heating is theoretically studied. The ion pressure is supposed to exceed the local value of the magnetic field pressure. It is shown that in this case the drift-conical instability is suppressed, if the electron pressure is comparable with the magnetic field pressure by the order of magnitude
