Alpha clustering of light nuclei in the parity projected mean field method
Description
Self-consistent solutions in the variation after parity projection procedure are calculated for light 4N nuclei with BKN interaction. The imaginary time method is employed to solve the self-consistent equation. The intrinsic density distributions show deformed structure violating the reflection symmetry. Prominent alpha cluster structures are seen in the odd parity solutions. (author)
