Impurity scattering in d-wave vortex state

Description

As is well known, the impurity scattering gives rise to dramatic effects on d-wave superconductors. Here we discuss the upper-critical field, the stable vortex lattice structure and the residual density of states in the vortex state in the presence of impurities. (orig.)
