Dismantling of the superheated steam reactor (HDR)

Description

Experimental operation was based on a licence for using the HDR plant for safety-related experiments in accordance with paragraph 7.1 Atomic Energy Act. Under that licence the installed test equipment can be demounted and disposed of with the consent of the authorities. Components of the originally installed plant cannot yet be dismantled under this licence, but require a licence according to paragraph 7.3 Atomic Energy Act. That licence is to be applied for in the course of this year. Subject of the application is the complete dismantling of the HDR plant. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Der Versuchsbetrieb erfolgte auf der Basis einer Genehmigung zur Nutzung der HDR-Anlage fuer sicherheitstechnische Experimente entspr. Paragraph 7.1 AtG. Im Rahmen dieser Genehmigung koennen die eingebrachten Versuchseinrichtungen im behoerdlichen Zustimmungsverfahren ausgebaut und entsorgt werden. Bestandteile der Ursprungsanlage koennen im Rahmen dieser Genehmigung noch nicht beseitigt werden. Dazu ist eine Genehmigung entspr. Paragraph 7.3 AtG erforderlich. Diese Genehmigung soll noch in diesem Jahr beantragt werden. Gegenstand dieses Genehmigungsantrages ist die voellige Beseitigung der Gesamtanlage HDR. (orig.)
