Magnetization temperature behaviour of permalloys containing impurity atoms
Description
The experimental investigation of temperature dependence of the magnetic moment of the (Fesub(0.2)Nisub(0.8))sub(1-y)(SiO)sub(y) system is carried out. It is established that the dependence of Curie temperature and saturation magnetization on y(y<0.3) is of a nonmonotonous nature. Magnetization of the system as a function of temperature and impurity atom concentration is found in the framework of the zone model. Theory is compared with experimental data
