Personal dose control system for nuclear power facilities
- 1. Fuji Electric Co. Ltd., Kawasaki, Kanagawa (Japan)
Description
Fuji Electric developed a personal dose control system aiming at advanced dose control, and supplied it to Nuclear Services Co. in 1997. This system realized the unification of personal dosimeters brought in the controlled area into electronic dosimeters; besides, a decrease in processing time at the access control gate greatly reduced load on workers. The data control computer was equipped with an end user computing function, and the system had flexibility of computing the classified total in an optional form. (author)
