Description

Drying mushrooms led to a tenfold concentration of radionuclides as dry mushrooms had activity of 43.56 kBq/kg. They were fed to white male rats for 7 days. Two groups of the animals (60 and 600 Bq/kg) were formed. Results of the research have confirmed earlier received data on high sensitivity of mitochondrial oxidation to action of incorporated radionuclides. Respiratory activity of myocardium muscles exceeded the normal values 1.8 - 1.9 times
