Effect of spraying parameters on coating formation and its thickness distribution

Description

Formation of coatings being deposited by an immobile nozzle is considered in terms of two-dimensional normal law of their thickness distribution. An expression is obtained to estimate the maximum probability of thermal interaction between particles being sputtered vs. conditions of the process. A dependence is established between the coating thickness, the parametres of sputtering and the law of the nozzle movement with respect to the surface
