About possibility of application of avalanche photodiodes during radioecological monitoring
Description
Full text : This article includes all necessary information about possibility of application of avalanche photodiodes during radioecological surveys. It is shown that at present these devices can be operated in every field of our life. Mostly their operation is based on different types of crystals, which have different characteristics. These photodiodes have a great importance in production of tomographs for conducting of diagnostics and forecasting. Further additional diagram of connection to work of this photodiode is explained

Full text : Bu megalede sel fotodiodlarin radioecolozhi tetgigatlarda istifade mumkunluyu baresende butun lazimi olan melumat yerleshdirilmishdir. Gosterilib ki hal-hazirda bu cihazlar heyatimizin muxtelif sahelerinde istafade oluna biler. Bu cihazlarinin chalishmasi muxtelif xususiyyetleri olan cristallar uzerinde gurulub. Hemcinin bu fotodiodlar diagnostika ve prognozlashdirilma ishlerinin aparilmasi uchun nezerde tutulmush tomograflarin istehsalinda istifade olunur.
