Description
Background: Elastofibroma is a rare benign soft tissue tumor of unclear etiology, with a highly characteristic location and specific imaging appearance, with prevalence in elderly women. This rare entity was first described by O. Jarvi and E. Saxen in 1961. Objective: The main objective of this study is to point out the possibilities potency of a random occurrence of the specific lesion. (author)
