Description
To inquire into the value of clinical practice of time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIR) of Eu marking about HBV marker, the method of TRFIR against the method of RIA were checked. The result showed that the sensitivity and measuring scope of TR FIA is separately higher and wider than them of RIA and the accuracy is close by. In 8 common modes of HBV marker, seven of them were complete the same. Only the coincidence ratio of anti-HBe+anti-HBc+HBsAg combinatorial mode was 73.3 percents. But the data of HBeAg were different. (authors)
