The new priorities of the national petroleum societies: objectives, constraints and means

Creators

Description

The financial difficulties in petroleum industry for Opec countries led these countries to find others ways to finance their projects; if the research and development sector knew a slowing down, the field of refining and petrochemistry saw its activities increase to win the plus value of these products; some real innovations in financing arose, new contracts (B.O.T. contracts) and programmes (Offset programmes) opened broad perspectives of foreign cooperation.
