- 1. Vsesoyuznyj Nauchno-Issledovatel'skij Inst. Optiko-Fizicheskikh Izmerenij, Moscow (USSR)
Description
The multielement reflector is described for extraction of synchrotron radiation (SK) from an electron synchrotron at 50 MeV, and radius of the orbit 1,6 cm. The reflector consists of flat mirrors placed along a circle with the radius of 120 mm in the plane of the electron beam orbit. SR goes through the walls of glass vacuum chamber, in which acceleration has been carried out, and through a gap in an electromagnet and a resonator gets on reflector mirror. Reflector mirrors are arranged in such a way that the central rays of the falling beams meet in some point A at the distance of I m from the orbit plane. The diameter of the SR beam section in the plane which is perpendicular to accelerator axis and goes through point A is equal to 3 cm
