How can one see the electroweak pomeron?
Description
Consequences of the existence of the electroweak pomeron for the elastic pp and anti pp scattering are considered. It is shown that at the SSC energy the electroweak pomeron can lead to the appearance of the characteristic dip in the cross section dσ/dt at vertical stroketvertical strokeelement of(2-5) GeV2. The possibility of such a phenomenon at the UNK and the Tevatron energy is also discussed. (orig.)
