Description
Differential cross sections, integrated cross sections and ionization cross sections for electron scattering on the metastable level 2 3S of helium are calculated at intermediate energies and compared with experimental measurements and other theoretical calculations. The method used is the coupled-channels optical method with an ab initio complex polarization potential. (author). Letter-to-the-editor
