Description
The diffusion coefficient of a tracer atom was calculated, in the case of diffusion through a vacancy mechanism. The general method used to evaluate the probability for the defect to go back in the vicinity of the tracer was recalled, and a formula giving the correlation factor as a function of probabilities was established. The results obtained with this formula were compared with those obtained with the formula usually applied

On s'est interesse au calcul du coefficient de diffusion d'un atome de traceur T, dans le cas de la diffusion par mecanisme lacunaire. On a rappele l'existence d'une methode generale pour evaluer les probabilites de retour du defaut au voisinage du traceur, puis on a etabli une formule reliant le facteur de correlation aux probabilites. On a compare les resultats obtenus avec cette formule avec ceux obtenus avec la formule generalement employeeFiles
