The spectroscopies as new methods for gold exploration

The authors have particularly discussed the Electron Paramagnetic Resonance(EPR), Raman Spectroscopy (RS), Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), moessbauer Spectroscopy (MO), Thermoluminescence Spectroscopy and their applications to the exploration lof gold deposits. Through studying the differences between the spectral properties of quartz, pyrite, and arsenopyrite that contain or not contain gold respectively, a lot of information which is very useful for the exploration and evaluation of gold deposits have been obtaind
