Information about influence of the Bohunice V2 NPP on the environment, January 2007

In this paper results of monitoring of chemical gaseous and liquid effluents into the Vah River as well as of radiation monitoring of Bohunice V2 NPP are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within January 2007 were: 0.29 MBq of aerosoles, 0.024 MBq of iodine-131, and 367 GBq of rare gases. For the period January 2007 these radioactive effluents into atmosphere represented 0.29 MBq (0.0004% of annually limit (AL)) of aerosoles, 0.024 MBq (0.00004% MBq of AL) of iodine-131, and 367 GBq (0.018% of AL) of rare gases. The radioactive effluents into recipient of Vah River within January 2007 were: 71.91 GBq of tritium, and 0.85 MBq of corrosive and fission products. For the period January 2007 these radioactive effluents into recipient of Vah River represented 71.91 GBq (0.36% of AL) of tritium; 0.85 MBq (0.007% of AL) of corrosive and fission products. Dose equivalents rate for the villages in surroundings of the Mochovce NPP in January 2007 are published. Chemical effluents are also reported.
