Honl-London factors for B1 bands of water vapour

Description

Values of the Honl-London factor for the type B1 vibrational and electron bands of water vapor have been computed using the tabular polynominal interpolation method. The interpolation has been carried out over 10 points (kappa=-0.9; -0.8; ...; 0.0) for the water molecule asymmetry factor of kappa=-0.437715. The accuracy of the Ssub(mn) values obtained is concluded to be no worse than 2-3 units of the 6th digit after comma. The Ssub(mn) values for all energy-level transitions with Ssub(mn) (>=) 0.000001 up to J=12 for the type B1 water bands are tabulated
