Positron--electron project: PEP
Description
PEP, an 18-GeV electron-positron colliding-beam storage ring facility at SLAC, is being built by a team from LBL and SLAC. Construction is under way and completion is scheduled for fall of 1979. The design of the facility is summarized, and the status of the project is reported
