Growth and properties of lanthanum, cobalt and manganese ternary oxides single crystals with perovskite structure

Description
For the first time the single crystals of the ternary oxides containing lanthanum, cobalt and manganese, namely LaMn1-xCoxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) with perovskite structure have been obtained by the electrochemical deposition from solution on the basis of the melt: Cs2MoO4-MoO3. It is established that the cobalt-/manganese ratio in the crystals is proportional to the ration of these cations in the melt. The investigation of structure, magnetic and transport properties of these crystals have been performed
Abstract (Russian)
Впервые получены монокристаллы тройных оксидов лантана, кобальта и марганца LaMn1-xCoxO3 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1) со структурой перовскита методом электрохимического осаждения из раствора на основе расплава Cs2MoO4-MoO3. Установлено, что соотношение кобальта и марганца в кристаллах прямопропоционально соотношению этих катионов в расплаве.
