Future development of nuclear reactor dismantling in Japan

Description
The working data of the mounting test of dismantling were collected by computer or recorded vote and accumulated at the decommissioning data base. To evaluate the control data by using the calculation code system (COSMARD) in order to manage the decommissioning of reactor, the unit operating efficiency and the calculation model should be kept in perfect repair. The development technologies for dismantling of JPDR were four technologies, the evaluation technology of radioactive inventory, the remote control technology for decommissioning of activation equipments are structures, the treatment technology of radioactive waste and the technology for management of dismantling project. Data of these technologies were gathered, analyzed and bought them to a conclusion. Other countries are going to stop the operation of 54 reactors for 15 years from now. The status of other countries, the international cooperation and the activity of the restoration of environment in USA are explained. (S.Y.)
