X-ray diffraction data on structure instability in YBa2Cu3O7-δ superconducting ceramics

Description
Time variations of light and mean by intensity lines of YBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics, which are superconducting ones at T≤93 K, lying in variation of their intensity, of form and degree of splitting are detected by X-ray diffraction technique using Cu-radiation at room temperature and at -178 deg C
