Study on clarification technology of spent fuel reprocessing dissolved solution in power reactor
Description
The main equipment used for the clarification of spent fuel reprocessing dissolved solution is the settling centrifuge. In the process of centrifuge study, the temperature rise of the bearing is too high, and acid replacement effect is not ideal. In the deceleration and flush scraps process, scraps-containing liquid flows into the clear liquid, so that the separation effect of the centrifuge is influenced. In view of the existing problems, the air compressor cooling under the centrifuge is used, acid replacement is cancelled, a buffer tank and air lift returning to liquid tank are added in the pipeline, to prevent the slag water from into the liquid tank. After improvement of slag flushing effect, process requirements are met, and engineering application is realized. (authors)
