Description
The investigation of crystals LiKSO4 doped by europium ions and nitrite anions was carried out. It is shown, that europium ions in matrix of sulfate complex play the role an electrons trap. The recombination luminescence of the matrix at 170-180 K is connected with a disintegration of the electronic centers. The europium ions influence and nitrate anions show that from the two channels of the SO3- defect transformation SO4- ions by interaction with migrating of oxygen ions is dominant. (author)
