Dynamic transformations of cylindrical magnetic domain in thin ferrite-garnet films

Description

Experimental study was made on the phenomenon of dynamic transformation, resulted to the complete loss of Bloch lines (BL) (solid) by the domain containing a certain number of them, i.e. the domain transformed to the normal state. Effect of constant magnetic field applied to sample plane was shown. Samples of epitaxial ferrite-garnet systems (Y, Bi)3(Fe, Ga)5O12, grown on the substrates of gadolinium-gallium garnet, were selected for experiments. Detailed investigation of the radius of domain motion trajectory were conducted in order to clarify the mechanism of reconstruction of domain boundary internal structure (S=O in S=1) during CMD motion in the presence of biasing field in the film plane. It was revealed that trajectory of CMD motion represents the circle both in S=1 state and in S=0 state in the zero magnetic field
