Ratio of laboratory to instrumental method values in diagnosis of acute myocardial ischemic lesions

Description
Relation between biochemical blood indicies and ECG and 99mTc-pyrophosphate scintigraphy indicies in patients with various clinical forms of cardial ischemia is studied. Fermet activity and myoglobulin concentration are determined by the radioimmunologic method. Misfit between parameters of instrumental and laboratory methods when diagnosing clinical forms of cardial ischema. It can be explained by specific features of necrosis mass distibution (topography) in an accidental zone. According to the data on 99mTc-pyrophosphate scintigraphy this distribution can be diffusive and focal
