Some problems in the promotion of nuclear power issues in the Ukrainian supreme soviet

Description

This document first explains shortly the running of the Ukrainian Supreme Soviet. It then focuses on the various difficulties met promoting Nuclear issues, mainly due to the non-existence of parliamentary hearings in the Ukrainian parliament, making it difficult to present the actual situation in the industry to the deputies. This paper finally details the main reasons why deputies and public opinion tend to oppose nuclear industry. (TEC)
