Positron annihilation study in Ca2+ and Sr2+-doped KCl

Description
Positron lifetime and three photon annihilation measurements are reported in KCl:Ca2+ and KCl:Sr2+. The present results clearly demonstrate that the positron essentially depends on the kind of Me2+ and impurity concentration in these crystals. (author)
