Description
In order to elucidate the nature of metal plastification under the action of current pulses, an electron microscopic investigation of the structure evolution of the ferritic steel, subjected to routine and electrostimulated drawing, is carried out. It is established that the formation of localized channels induces a characteristic feature of the electrostimulated deformation. In the analysis of results the knowledge of the collective instability in the system of dislocations and point defects is used. (orig.)
