EPR study of Mn2+ in chalcogen-rich Ge-Se glasses
Description
The aim of this work is to report the results of an EPR investigation of the chalcogen-rich Ge-Se glasses. The amorphous Gesub(x)Se1sub(-)sub(x) system has been studied by many authors [9-12] using different methods in order to determine the local structure of these glasses. The author has no knowledge of any published results of EPR of Mn2+ ions in Ge-Se glasses. (orig./TW)
