Specific features of formation of hexagonal barium ferrite crystal structure under radiation-thermal actions

Description
The peculiarities of the processes of formation of hexagonal barrium ferrite crystal structure at the beam of accelerated electrons are studied. To determine phase composition and sample crystal structure peculiarities the NGR spectroscopy and X-ray phase analysis are used. The comparison of changes in phase composition and structural state of samples synthesized in a beam of accelerating electrons at temperratures above 900-1000 deg C has permitted to find differences in phase transformations which accompany BaFe12O19 formation under thermal and radiation thermal conditions
