Peculiarities of films deposition under pulse laser irradiation with different time structure

Description
The process of As2Se3 films deposition under targets irradiation both by monopulse nanosecond laser and by the tandem of laser pulses is investigated. Possibilities of realization of both 'explosive' irradiation regime and combination of 'explosive' and 'thermal' regimes is shown. Optimal regimes of films deposition are realized. Oscillation of middle order parameters of obtained condensates that depends on vapor-incidence angle on the substrate is defined
