Preparation and properties of thick films of high-temperature superconductors LnBa2Cu3O7-δ (Ln-Y,Ho,Dy)

Description
Preparation conditions and features of thick films of LnBa2Cu3O7-δ (Ln-Y,Ho,Dy) compound-base superconductors are investigated. It is shown, that electric properties of thick films of all three system superconductors are close to characteristics, obtained for compact ceramic specimens. Conductivity character of films is higher, than temperature of superconducting transition of metallic one, practically linear one. Critical temperature of superconducting transition equals to 85-90 K at 3-5 K transition width
