Nuclear power production costs in Finland

In this paper the intention is to describe how nuclear power economics have been successfully managed in Finland. This is done by looking at the production costs and economic performance of the company TVO, which operates the two nuclear power units at Olkilueto but which has no non-nuclear generating plant. This shows that production costs of nuclear power in Finland have proved to be favourable. (author)
