Gas explosions in the free atmosphere and their effects on buildings

In case of accidental release of large quantities of liquefied gas explosive gas clouds can develop after evaporation and mixing with air. The following paper describes the development and propagation of the shock waves occurring with the explosion of such gas clouds. (orig.)

Bei unfallbedingter Freisetzung grosser Mengen von Fluessiggas koennen sich nach Verdampfen und Durchmischen mit Luft explosive Gaswolken bilden.
