Description
Since silicon strip detectors have been applied widespread in high energy physics, article detection, nuclear medical imaging and so on, the shape parameters of which for working effects is more and more concerning. In this paper we are major in simulating the detector performances of given widths depending upon a distance variable between adjacent strips by the software Sentaurus TCAD for semiconductor devices. Hence the consequences are highlighting that a fewer electric field strength peak and a less leakage current of the detector associate to a smaller distance (d), which assists in improving the electrical function.
