M1 distributions for 163Dy and 157Gd in the SUBFsdg(3) and SUBFsd(3) x 1g limits of pn-sdgIBFM

Description
The SUBFsdg(3) limit of pn-sdgIBFM, which was developed earlier, is applied with success in analyzing the recently observed M1 data in the 163Dy nucleus. As new experiments are being planned for 157Gd nucleus and that 156Gd is known to be a good SUsd(3) x 1g nucleus, in the second part of the paper a formalism for M1 distributions in the SUBFsd(3) x 1g limit is developed. In both these analytically solvable limiting situations, predictions are made for M1 distributions in the 157Gd nucleus. (orig.)
