X-ray luminescence spectra of Pb2+ aggregates in CsX (X=Cl, Br, I) crystals
Description
The possibility of formation of Cs4PbX6 and CsPbX3 microcrystals in a CsX (X=Cl, Br, I) matrix doped with Pb (CPb=5 mol %) is shown. Spectral and kinetic parameters of luminescence of Cs4PbX6 and CsPbX3 single crystals and microcrystals are measured at 77 K. The luminescence of microcrystals is caused by radiative relaxation of free (CsPbCl3,CsPbBr3) and self-trapped [CsPbl3,Cs4PbX6(X=Cl, Br, I)] excitons
