Description
In-situ observation disclosed violent behavior of bubbles during helium ion irradiation and subsequent annealing after the irradiation which had never been found by the ordinary observation after irradiation. These results of in-situ observations would provide useful information to develop more realistic physical models for underlying mechanism of radiation damage and subsequent annealing. (author)
