Diagnostic AND Predictive Tools FOR VVER TECHNICAL SUPPORT CENTRE
Description
Paper presents the newly adopted approach to Emergency Preparedness in Czech Republic with respect to latest legislation. Technical Support Centres as an integral part of both Dukovany and Temelin NPP Emergency Control Centres are under construction. Equipment and organisational issues, and of course, methodological and programme tools shall be operational as soon as possible. A set of methodological and software tools under development in the Diagnostics and Measurement Department of Nuclear Research Institute for plant state assessment and prediction during accidents is briefly described. Corresponding projects related to the accident management and emergency preparedness are mentioned
