Study on the μ-12C → 4He3He3Hnν

Description
The reaction μ-12C→4He 4He3Hnν is investigated in the experiment. An upper bound to its relative probability is established: W approximately equal to 20x10+H-2. Possible machanisms of the reaction are concidered; it is shown that with the relative probability of (1.1+-0.1)x10-2 per capture event it proceeds according to the scheme, predicted with the resonance mechanism of the μ--meson capture by the carbon nucleus
