Analyses of steels 30CrMnSi, 30Ni2CrMoV, 03Cr11Ni10Mo2Ti nitride in abnormal glow discharge at two different nitrogen pressure in the working gas mixture has been performed. The purpose of the work is to choose the nitriding regimes leading to no changesof the surface relief, no compound layer, but with the formation of a deep diffusion zone

В работе описано исследование по азотированию сталей марок 30ХГСА, 30ХН2МФА и 03Х11Н10М2Т в аномальном тлеющем разряде при различном содержании азота в среде. Цель исследования - подобрать режимы азотирования, при которых не происходит изменение рельефа, не образуется компаунд-слой, но при этом образуется диффузионная зона
