Nonequilibrium acoustic phonons in nanocrystal ceramics on the base of Y3Al5O12

Description
The processes of the phonon transfer in the highly-transparent nanocrystalline laser ceramics on the basis of the Y3Al5O12 cubic garnet-oxide are studied through the thermal pulses method. The kinetics of the nonequilibrium acoustic phonons distribution in the area of the helium temperatures (1.7-3.8 K) is studied. The model of the structure of the intergrain layers is proposed and their thickness is evaluated

Методом тепловых импульсов исследованы процессы фононного переноса в высокопрозрачных нанокристаллических лазерных керамиках на основе кубического оксида-граната Y3Al5O12. В области гелевых температур (1.7-3.8 K) изучена кинетика распространения в них неравновесных акустических фононов.
