Method and device for the docontamination of meat

Description

The patent deals with the decontamination of meat where radiocesium from the meat is dissolved into a surrounding liquid containing the cesium-binding agents Prussian Blue or zeolites. These agents may be confined in a selectively impermeable membran. The surrounding liquid consists of boiling water, pickle or marinade, or a liquid having a composition similar to the water phase in the meat. 2 tabs
