Description
This paper discusses the structural integrity and operability of nuclear safety class 2 and 3 pumps under seismic, deadweight, pressure, nozzle loading and so on. In the paper the writers present suggestions such as replacing shell and beam element using solid element, increasing local stress limit of part in seismic analysis, and standardizing the checking of integrity of anchor bolts.
