Effective stack heights obtained from wind tunnel and atmospheric diffusion experiments

  • 1. Japan Atomic Energy Research Inst., Tokai, Ibaraki (Japan). Tokai Research Establishment

Description

To calculate gas concentration over the Mt. Tsukuba area released from a upwind point of the mountain, effective stack heights for Gaussian Plume Model were obtained from wind tunnel and field atmospheric diffusion experiments. The estimation method of the effective stack heights was validated. (author)
